This year we release our first wine from our own Shiraz grapes - A small batch of Shiraz Rosé of approximately 500 bottles.

Grapes were handpicked in mid March 2024 with the help of family and friends, then pressed into a stainless vat and wild fermented, with minimal sulphur added.

The wine displays a deep pink colour and flavours of macerated strawberries. It is best enjoyed served chilled.

Although only a small yield, being young vines, we are excited by the calibre of fruit that this site is going to produce in the future.
